Start Up/Feasibility

Castleberry Consults advises start-up business ventures and conducts feasibility studies to determine the soundness and viability of new business enterprises.

• Worked with three start-up enterprises, devising business strategy, establishing operational systems and generating and monitoring budgets.  The three businesses were in publishing, healthcare and real estate education.
